Keyboard Fusion Ensemble

(intermediate to advanced pianists)

A 21st-century approach to 88 keys.

Keyboard Fusion is about discovery! What are the music-making possibilities on modern digital keyboards? How do musicians create complex techno beats and soundtracks for films? Imagine producing the sound of a full orchestra with just three keyboardists!

The class will have three main components:

• Performing/recording popular and original music
  
• Learning how to use industry-standard software such as ProTools and Reason to create cutting-edge arrangements
  
• Expanding the students’ music theory knowledge including chord vocabulary, ear-training, note-reading, and improvisational tools

B2R’s talented team will create custom arrangements for each group that are age/ability-appropriate. Students will also have the opportunity to explore other instruments: drums, guitar, bass, etc. We will group students carefully according to age and ability.
