Mark Rathbun is the Site Director of B2R Lansdowne. Mark joined the B2R family in December of 2007 and has been an integral part ever since. Mark has extensive operations, marketing, PR, and managing experience from working in the Land Development field. Mark plays the guitar and his favorite artists include 311, Dave Matthews Band, Incubus and Frank Sinatra. |

Natalie Ingram is the Assistant Director of B2R Herndon. Natalie has a background in sales, partnership development and a B. S. in Psychology. She has sung and danced in show choir and choral ensembles throughout high school and college, taken private voice and guitar lessons, and loves to write her own original music. Natalie's coolest singing experience was performing back-up with the Pat Mcgee Band. She enjoys a little bit of every genre including music from: The Frey, Martina McBride, Los Lonely Boys, the Doobie Brothers, and EVERY SONG that will make you get up and dance! |

Carl Pfanstiehl is the Regional Trainer for Bach to Rock, as well as a music teacher. He teaches a wide variety of instruments including drums, keys, guitar, bass and hand percussion. He is also fluent in the trumpet and the French horn. Carl has been classically trained on the piano and is still playing professionally in the DC Metro area. His favorite artists include 311, A Tribe Called Quest, and Cake. |

Michael Bartlett teaches Early Childhood classes at B2R Herndon. He graduated in 2008 with a degree in Music from the University of Mary Washington. Upon graduating, he immediately moved to New York where he worked live sound at the Knitting Factory in Manhattan. He currently works with national touring acts nightly as a sound engineer at the Black Cat. Recently, Michael has been playing guitar for his own band Oh So Peligroso. Michael's favorite artists include Bennie Goodman, Dredg, Fiona Apple, and Miles Davis.

Alex Appelbaum teaches voice, guitar, drums keyboard and bass. Currently pursuing a degree in Choral Music Education at University of Maryland Baltimore, Alex has been both a teacher and participant in a variety of different musical outlets including musical theater, acappella, rock bands, and a wide spectrum of choirs. He is currently writing original music and playing as a solo act around the metro area. Alex's favorite artists include Queen, Stevie Wonder, and Beethoven.
